Everybody’s talking about decoupled Drupal these days. And we should be! It’s a really exciting time in our community. But if you happen to have come a little late to the conversation, it can be overwhelming. One of the biggest decisions to make when decoupling is the choice of front-end frameworks. There are so many options out there, with more popping up all the time.

In this session, we’ll over all the current major front-end framework options (and many of the smaller, more niche options as well). We’ll compare them in terms of available functionality, community support, learning curves, Drupal integration, and more. Most importantly, we’ll talk about where each framework excels so that you know which framework might be best suited to the needs of your particular sites.

Learning Objectives & Outcomes:

At the end of this session, you should have a good sense of the range of available front-end framework options out there. You’ll also know which options are particularly well suit for particular challenges and applications.
